About Service & Scheduling
Service on each route launches once enough customers are enrolled for that route to operate efficiently. When you sign up and pay your first month, you’re reserving your spot. We’ll contact you by phone or email once your route is active and your first Saturday pickup is confirmed.
Your prepaid months begin on your first actual pickup date — not your signup date. You will not lose any time you’ve paid for while the route is building.
You’ll receive a full refund — every cent, no questions asked. We don’t keep any payment unless you are actively receiving service. Simple as that.
Never. Service is always month-to-month. You can cancel anytime by calling or texting us at (434) 233-0668. No paperwork, no fees, no penalties.
No problem at all. Just set your toter or bags at the curb the evening before (Friday night) and we’ll handle it Saturday morning. You never need to be home for pickup.
Pickup is every Saturday, rain or shine. If your bin isn’t out, we’ll see you next Saturday. We’re not able to return mid-week for a missed bin — so Friday night is your best bet to set it out and not worry about it.
We’ll notify all customers in advance of any schedule changes due to holidays. When possible, we adjust to the nearest available day and let you know ahead of time.
About Your Toter
We do. The toter is our property — it’s a rental included in your monthly rate. You use it freely; we own it and are responsible for it.
We replace it at no charge to you. Lids crack. Wheels break. That’s on us — not you. You’re renting it, which means maintenance, repairs, and replacements are entirely our responsibility. Just let us know and we’ll sort it out.
This applies to normal wear and accidental damage. You will never receive a bill for a broken or destroyed toter.
We come pick it up. Simple as that. No deposit was taken, no purchase was made — so there’s nothing to settle. Just give us a call, and we’ll coordinate a retrieval date.
Nope. If you already have your own bin or prefer to use bags, you can subscribe to our Trash Only (No Toter) plan for $40/month — saving $2/month. Just set your bags or bin at the curb and we’ll take it.
About Prepaying
The reservation deposit is a one-time payment — not a subscription or recurring charge. It reserves your spot on the route and, depending on your tier, reserves your toter and/or recycling bin for delivery. Think of it as your commitment to us matching our commitment to you. Once the route launches and your first pickup happens, you’ll have the option to switch to monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.
Your deposit applies toward your first billing cycle once the route is active — you are not paying twice.
Your deposit is a one-time reservation fee — there are no recurring charges until the route launches and your first pickup is completed. Once service begins, you’ll be contacted to set up your preferred billing cycle: monthly, quarterly, or annual. Your deposit amount will be credited toward that first billing period.
